Time to Bloom Once Again

Time to Bloom Once Again

Sometimes blossoming can be intimidating.

This rounding of the sun in particular, we are not only shedding away our winter coats, we are shifting collectively back into the bright world of socializing and getting back to being busy.

As more of us get vaccinated, events will surge. While this is thrilling, it also is a good moment to consider your own rhythms and comforts as we all become more extroverted again.

If you want to get warmed up to socializing with others while you learn the cards from a pro, we would love your company.

Intuition is a Practice

Typically, those who start life with the gift to see beyond our acceptable norms keep them secret and their insights may fade.
But that is not the end of them, and there is another way.
Whether you had metaphysical abilities that you quelled, or you felt curious attraction to understand your instincts, you can access these abilities. It still takes courage to decide to own your full life experience in this path.

How Not to Freak Out

When we pull a tarot spread, we are looking for comfort and guidance. We want to know what is going on and where this is headed.

When we read for ourselves, the interpretation is through the lens of the same anxiety that we sought answers from.

That’s why it’s important to remember the purpose of divination and the inherent compassion that the cards come from.

Or, to get a reading from someone who can bring objectivity to the situation.

How Tarot Sees Us in Relationships

It is our inherent nature to be involved with other humans. Our desire for this runs so deep that we will often choose it at some cost or compromise. It can pay off enormously with support and connection, but even then it’s rarely all easy sailing. My tarot readings treat our companions with compassionate curiosity and a lot of humor. This week, I offer a lesson around the archetypes in relevant relationship cards and a reading for those looking for love.

Covid Anniversary

It’s been a year since the tumult of Covid began. That simple question carries more sincerity and weight than it did before. Consider just that factor.
When we ask this once flippant question, we expect a more real answer these days than the default of, “Fine. You?”
We want to know. There is a beauty in that shift, despite the challenges that got us here.

The Power of Words

The words we say matter, and we define ourselves by any description that follows the simple words, “I Am”.

What words do you use after that pronoun and ‘be’ verb?
Think about it. Because this matters. Our hearts and minds are listening.

Love is in the Cards

While this day is associated with romantic love, I hope we can each revel in the many ways we both receive and give love to all those around us. I see reading Tarot as an act of love and service. I am grateful for each person who spends time with me in this realm. So, from my heart, thank you for being with me in this journey.

The Hermit in Covid Times

From April 9, 2020, I did a Facebook live about how the Hermit Archetype can support us through Shelter-in-Place.
10 months later, it’s still relevant.

Finding Your Center with Tarot

We often talk about getting centered. But what does that mean to you?

Balance Through the Tarot Lens

The Tarot gets it. And that’s why the theme of Balance is one of the most predominant in the Major Arcana. The cards attempt to touch on all the different ways we try.
