This open-heart state is something that the Tarot has taught me to lean into. When you learn to read the tarot, you build skills of awareness that expand your ability to align with the directions that the Universe is lighting for you.
This class I am offering this month is not just about the cards. It’s about self-care on a magical level. It’s about you deciding to trust yourself more fully than before, and gaining the skills to do so with wisdom. The Art of Tarot is the Art of Living Fully.
And, this is a unique opportunity, because I am already in the process to make it a video course this Fall. So join me in person while you still can and hang out with me and my big old open heart this month.
This week, I took my love of the pirate comedy and my love of Tarot and I smooshed them together. Learn about the cards through my interpretations and let me know your own take on which cards you would assign to which characters. Don’t worry, no real spoilers if you haven’t seen it yet.
If you would like to see your own favorite movies, shows, and books through the tarot lens of archetypes, join me in the upcoming Art of Tarot Reading Class in October! You too can film geek out on a witchy level!
Surprise . . . You are. And so am I.
Each of us is, really.

This can be overwhelming to wrap your head around.
But, there is a way to make it easier. As a professional teacher who loves the cards, I have simplified the process of accessing these 78 concepts.

If the last few weeks have included relationship challenges, it’s time to take a breath of relief.
Then take note of the lessons that may have come through your life since December 19th.
Halloween can be an opportunity to wear your own inner monster on the outside, or hang a mirror up to the monsters of society that need mocked. When we draw our shadows to the surface, we weaken their power over our subconscious.

Next Wednesday, 9/22 at 11am, come and participate in my Instagram Live on Present Path Tarot to learn about reading the cards and ask me anything about divination or tarot or, I suppose, me (if you’re curious).
Tarocchi Cards began as a game in the 15th century. It only developed into a divination system hundreds of years later. So why not get playful with a game that is both relevant to learning the divine meanings of the cards, while also letting it be lighthearted fun.
This week’s free reading comes from the Ka Hana Pono Oracle deck by Connie Rios.
This deck celebrates aspects of the Hawaiian practice of Pono, living in harmony with the world and others.
