This hand is here to high five you. And me.

Today, I ask you to take a moment to simply acknowledge what you achieved this week or this month from the perspective of each of the 5 suits of Tarot.
While visiting India in 2007, I enjoyed how some people call babies by guru honorifics, to remind us that we enter this world with wisdom.
I have friends of all ages, and each of them offer me insights and perspectives that serve my own personal growth.
A visiting friend who is 10 years younger than me asked me what I have learned in the last decade since I was her age. (She might be inspired by it being my birthday this week.)

I believe it ties deeply to how we relate to ourselves, and the quality of kinship that we share with others.
One of my favorite things about the work I do is that I get to have meaningful exchanges with people about what matters to them the most. We get to explore hope, feelings, love, and possibilities together.
This week, I offer you these questions to consider what steps you can take to feel more in touch with what best serves your own freedom from feelings of isolation that seem so common these days.
