This month’s reading is intense, but ends well with the Chariot.
The good news is that you can find structure and balance in your own life with some prime choices.
The top row says that things are out of whack from a lack of team collaboration and constructive focus, but the steady balance of the Justice card is holding things together.
This is a trend that has been happening in February and is likely going to carry over into March as we step into Venus Retrograde in Aries.
This month is a time to be gentle with communications with your relations. When others frustrate you, go inward with awareness of your emotions to assess your needs first and try to approach the necessary conflicts with nuance and curiosity. It won’t help to point fingers or expect others to change.
The bottom row has the chaos and hyper-drive of the Queen of Wands reversed being held accountable by the Hierophant and reset into a healthier movement forward by the Chariot.
The 3 of Pentacles reversed with the Queen of Wands reversed in the first pair speaks to the ways some might bulldoze others by insisting on an agenda without considering the wisdom of participation.
If you want people to show up and help out in collective projects, it’s best to invite others to bring the skills they are best at in their own way, rather than dictating or rushing things.
Play the long game.
Consider what you want to enact in your life in the month ahead, and who you want to invite to join you for their unique offerings. Be conscious of how you ask and slow your plan to a healthy pace. Patience is influential this month.
The Justice Card and the Hierophant are quite the power couple at the core of this reading. Both reflect how we can rely on tried and true systems that hold our values.
The red cards on the left speak of haste creating waste and disrespect causing turmoil. This fire is held back by the wall of law and order and cultural agreements.
The softer blue cards on the right of the two of Pentacles reversed and the Chariot card asks us to align with a more practical focus in order to build momentum forward.
You have the potential to gain some footing this month, but you’re going to need to reconsider how to place your efforts toward the most practical and relevant goals.
Decompress from the habits that add to any disorganized overwhelm. Pause and reflect on your priorities that are the most effective in the long run.
The Chariot Card traditionally has two horses representing the shadow self and the conscious self. The more you acknowledge your own foibles and strengths, the better you will charge forth into your own empowerment. Act with integrity to build the reputation that will serve your best purpose.
