Navigate to your best life
While visiting India in 2007, I enjoyed how some people call babies by guru honorifics, to remind us that we enter this world with wisdom.
I have friends of all ages, and each of them offer me insights and perspectives that serve my own personal growth.
A visiting friend who is 10 years younger than me asked me what I have learned in the last decade since I was her age. (She might be inspired by it being my birthday this week.)
My first thought was that I feel the same in many ways, but I am more grounded overall.
Then I recalled how overwhelmed I was with care taking everyone around me a decade ago, and I am grateful that I prioritize my own needs along with those of others better these days.
Self care is essential, and I do my best to drink more water, exercise regularly, and let sleep be a priority more often than I did back then. Recently, I stepped back into dancing more often and I hope I keep up my boogie going forward.
The people I surround myself with are key to my happiness, and it’s meaningful when they really know where I am at in my life trajectory. Consider including one of your dear-hearts in a Tarot Together reading so you can listen to each other’s journey with love and acceptance.
The most intense lesson I have gleaned is that you cannot change anyone but yourself. This was a hard gain, but it has led to more peace in my heart and my relationships.
You can change yourself, but it takes a lot of patience and self-compassion and fortitude. It helps a lot when you build the skills to get aligned with your internal quiet wisdom through presence practices in an Intuition Coaching session.
I think, most of all, I have learned that life lived well is always more learning. If you want to step into a discussion of your own lessons, sign up for a personal tarot reading with me soon.
Today, I hope you will consider what you have learned in the last 10 years.
Enjoy Your Days,
