Delay Your Resolutions

New Year’s resolutions are an irksome topic for some people. If you’re one of them, know that this is a great year to not make them on time.

We will cross over into 2024 during one of our bouts of Mercury retrograde, and so it’s best to just keep eating the cake and skipping the gym for a spell.

If you are a person like me who enjoys setting a goal for yourself at traditional markers along the year, know that this round is best to delay a bit. 

Typically, new moons are the ideal time to call in what you desire. The first new moon of 2024 is on January 11th, and that would be a great day to set forth on your new habits.

Alternatively, you can wait one more month and use the Chinese New Year of February 10th, Saturday, to set forth on your next up-level journey as we step into the Year of the Dragon.

Whatever date you choose, remember to keep it simple and make a manageable goal that comes with clear checkpoints for success.
