What Insights did You gain this week?

At the Ashram in India over a decade ago, I was very frustrated with my Swami.

I wanted him to give me the answers and free me from my feelings of being lost.

He wouldn’t fess up. He just kept telling me that I had to find those answers within myself. Very annoying of him.

Each of us seek external support for our guidance.

We ask friends and family for their perspective, we go to coaches and consultants and teachers.

These are all great support systems that I celebrate you resourcing.

The catch is that these networks all function much better when you are also checking in regularly with your own inner guru

Today, take a moment to reflect on what insights you have gained this week.

Where were you emotionally and mentally on Monday? How do you feel different by Today? (Try not to judge, just notice.)

What messages came through that you needed to hear?

Were there any coincidences that felt like they were trying to tell you something?

If you could summarize the essence of this week’s insights, what might it be?

It’s also a good opportunity to give yourself some credit and acknowledgement for your current progress.

How did you manage the challenges of the week?

Do you hold any regrets about your reactions? Can you hold yourself with love and forgiveness around that?

Did you have any wins that you are proud of? If so, take a moment to cherish yourself for your progress.

Consider how you’re already managing next week.

What stories are you creating about the future?

Visualize one act you want to accomplish next week and feel in your body how it will feel when this is completed.

If this exercise felt good to you, consider signing up for an Intuition Coaching session with me.

In line with what I learned in India, I hope through Intuition Coaching to instill in you more certainty in your own deep wisdom.

If you still crave the consultation of the cards, sign up for a tarot reading with me today.

Bring your community of gurus from different walks of life together for an online tarot event or learn the tarot as a group and deepen your own ability to tap into the archetypes for fresh insights.

And finally, thank you Swami Govindanana Saraswati at the Sivananda Ashram (pictured) for the ways you gave a lack of guidance. Thank you for nothing, sincerely.

Happy Friday the 13th in October,

Jenna Lynne Roberts
