My Favorite Life Organizing Apps

We all do a lot.

I work a lot,
play a lot,
help a lot,
socialize a lot,
cook a lot,
clean up a lot,
and juggle these lots, which is a task in itself.

I am guessing you likely do, too.

This Mercury Retrograde in Virgo is a great time to bring order into your life and your closets that are feeling unkempt.

I have tested countless apps for to-do lists and these are the ones I have found the most helpful. The lists are both on your phone and online with all three of these.

I gain no income from these recommendations, I just want to share what helps me with others.

Apps that Help Me Organize my Life and Why I Love Them:

Todoist: Daily Needs in Order!
Split your tasks into projects (Up to 5 categories in the free level).
Within the project, you can have other headers with subtasks.
Repeat a task on a schedule and set reminders and deadlines.
Move tasks up and down in priority.

To Do (Microsoft): The Big Picture in one place!

Previously a German app called Wunderlist (I liked it better then).
This is useful for ideas and projects that are less immediate, but need done someday.
No limit on how many lists in the free app. I include lists of books I want to read and recipes I want to cook.
Drop multiple lists into a folder.
Share a list with a friend or colleague or contractor.

Google Keep: Post its for random everything!
If my brain is spinning on an idea or even an aggravation that I want to get out of my head, I will open a new note and drop my thoughts there so I can walk away fresh.
You can make it a list, a photo, a drawing, a written message, or an audio recording.
Pin important notes and assign them a color to make it pretty.

I hope this helps you find support to keep your busy life in order.
